Clifford A. Lanier, Jr., Chairman and co-founder of The Frazer Lanier Company, entered the field of investment banking after graduation from the University of Alabama with a B.S. Degree and a major in Finance. Subsequent to graduation from the University of Alabama, he graduated from the Institute of Investment Banking at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. During the past 46 years, he has had an in-depth involvement in all areas of public and corporate finance.
